Wetting your hair before swimming will not absorb the chemicals from the pool, use spf 30 hairspray, use John Frieda's hair color line works great too, I sometimes use
lemon juice after shampooing to keep that shimmer. Leave-in treatments are a great way to keep your hair, soft, shiny.
