hmm.....i have the same hair... i think. try blonde. use a temporary spray first just incase it doesnt work. as for my hair i just put blond highlights. i dont know if it makes me tanner though...

I would go for a carmel/brown color
with a few dark blonde highlights.

I would recommend going to a tanning spa and either tanning in a UV bed or doing a mystic tan.

I think that dark brown hair always makes people look tanner.(Im a blonde though) I think you should get it done like Audrina from The Hills.

I've had my hair probably every color you could think of and foundation shade 01 pale. :P I also have brown eyes and the color I liked that really brought out color was Feria Highlight styliste in H80 Golden Honey. Its color plus highlights. If you want to go dark try Brilliant Bordeaux # 56. Hope this helps.
