Yes he is....he is married to BJ Murphy.They got married in Canada I believe in 05.Somehow the pictures got all over the internet and a lot of speculation started going on so he wrote a letter to all the fans and everyone saying that he is gay,he also said that he wouldn't talk about the subject at all so to please respect his privacy.The letter is posted on the RBD official website.I don't think that he needs to give anyone any explanations I am a huge fan of RBD and I respect him and support him 100 % Him being gay doesn't change anything....I think now more than ever he is receiving all the support of all the fans that love him very much =D.Hope this answered your question....for more info you should check out their official site =D

okay, i watch the news on spanish Tv, and all the news and talk shows reported that he was gay. The story is that he got married in Canada and someone took pictures and post it on the internet. Since then, people were like is he gay? so he was forced to admit his sexual orientation in a letter on the band's website. He never spoke about it in public and never will, according to the letter. In my opinion i think he should have kept quiet and not comment anything. He has a lot of fans who r little kids , and they may be confused about it but....thas the story
