This totally depends on your skintone and your (don't hit me) personality!!! Are you tan, pale, do you have freckles, are you warm or cooled toned or do you probably have olive skin? Sorry to not be able to give you advice on what would look good on you, but at least I want to give you advice to not listen to people who know nothing about you but the color of your eyes and the shade of your hair (it's not your natural color, is it?)

you would look really pretty with some red hair. like mostly a light red with darker red and light blonde highlights

go blonde. ditch the black. cut it short and punky or wild. Gain about 3 pounds for curves but not on ur waist or stomach. wear lighter color makeup but heavy on the lips for boldness. Get a signature color that everyone notices and always put it in ur outfit like HOT PINK earrings or shoes or belt or some accessory with that color. Ooh Electric Blue is so hot!

Get a tan and a new pose. They wont know who u are!
