no hair color in unattractive...depends on the person who has it. the best way to pull off ur hair color is to believe in ur self that u look ah-mazing in it. if u have confidence..u cant look ugly!! :)

It depends on the cut and style of the hair. If it is a dirty blonde color it usually looks best when the hair is "fresh" looking with a good cut and shiny. If it is dry or frizzy and left unstyled then it looks skanky. Just like dark roots or platinum blonde hair...need I say more?
